Kathryn Clough
Advocate - Kathryn practices in our litigation department.
Kathryn was called to the Manx Bar in 2000. She has experience in dealing with a broad range of disputes before the Manx Courts. Her principal practice areas are commercial and trust litigation as well as fraud, asset recovery and Mareva applications; however she also carries out a considerable amount of debt recovery work of both low and high value. She has experience of a great number of high value disputes for a variety of high profile commercial and financial institutions.
